GERMINATING VEGETABLE SEEDS

As I don't have the luxury of a greenhouse or conservatory, I germinate the seeds of more warmth-demanding vegetable plants indoors.  I have courgettes, cucumbers, and sweet peppers on my window bottom.  I find the zip bags that I use for freezing food, very useful for this purpose.
