THALICTRUM AQUILEGIFOLIUM (Meadow Rue) - A SPECTACULAR PERENNIAL
Thalictrum aquilegifolium is a spectacular perennial. It has beautiful leaves which remind me of the fern adiantum, and the plant stands bold and upright in my garden, dominating everything else at the moment. When you get up close, the flowers are stunning. It seems quite tall, at about 4ft high at the moment, but that is simply the flower stems. When they are cut down, the plant will only be about 18in high.
